Spring 2017 Lose It Challenge
April 24 - June 17, 2017
The Spring 2017 Lose it Challenge is 8 weeks of intense workouts that will jumpstart your fitness routine! Our Fitness coaches motivate you through a variety of drills and exercises that will expand your level of fitness and encourage healthy behaviors to help you achieve overall wellness. For optimal performance results, participants are expected to attend a team workout each week. We will take pre/post pictures, record weekly weigh-ins, and monitor your progress with fitness testing.
NEW! INBODY 230 testing provides a quick and easy analysis of body composition. All participants will receive a confidential print-out of measurements. Coaches will ask all participants to keep a food journal. After 8 weeks, the male and female participants with the highest weight loss will receive a prize. Additional prizes for most percentage of body fat lost via the INBODY and most improved on fitness tests will be awarded. All participants will receive a t-shirt.
CHOOSE ONE TIME SLOT
- Tuesdays 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM with Amanda
- Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 PM with Norma
- Thursdays 6:00-7:00 PM with Heidi
Max 12 participants per team.
FEE: $75/Member (Y Members only). Fee is per 8 week session.
All must attend our Team meeting Saturday, April 22 at 10:00 AM for intro and INBODY 230 testing. The first week will consist of fitness testing, initial weigh-in, and first workout.
