Extended Care is a free service and is available 7:00-9:00 AM and 4:00-6:00 PM daily at the Mukwonago and Waukesha YMCAs. Extended Care will also be available at the Southwest YMCA during Weeks 3, 6, and 9. Extended Care is not available onsite at Camp Double Eagle.
Camper Drop Off & Pick Up
Campers that miss the bus at any location are required to provide their own transportation to Camp Double Eagle. Campers will not be permitted to transfer to another Day Camp for the day. An Alternative Release Form must be submitted if you require any change to your pick up.
Mukwonago YMCA and Waukesha YMCA | Campers must be signed in no later than 8:25 AM. Buses will depart promptly at 8:35 AM and will return to the YMCA between 4:15 and 4:30 PM.
Southwest YMCA | Camper drop off and pick up is available Weeks 3, 6, and 9. Campers must be signed in by 7:50 AM. Bus will depart promptly at 8:00 AM and return to the Southwest YMCA at 4:30 PM.
Camp Double Eagle | Campers may be dropped off no earlier than 9:00 AM and picked up no later than 4:00 PM.
Camp Double Eagle is located directly next door to the Generac Plant on Hwy 67 in Eagle, WI.
Absences & Schedule Changes
If your child will be absent for any reason, please contact the YMCA that your child is being dropped off and picked up at prior to 8:00 AM. The YMCA opens at 5:00 AM. A YMCA staff person will forward your message to the appropriate camp director.

WELCOME TO WISCONSIN
Week 1: June 12-16
Spend the week getting to know Camp Double Eagle and the natural world of Wisconsin that surrounds us at camp. Swimming, archery, field games, arts & crafts, and so much more are incorporated into this (and every) week of camp.
Week 2: June 19-23
Plant a garden, make a recycled art project, and learn about conserving the environment all while playing traditional camp games and making new friends.
Week 3: June 26-30
“Travel” to new countries and explore different cultures as we experience other foods, games, and traditions from around the world.
GIZMOS & GADGETS
Week 4: July 3-7 (No Camp on Tuesday, July 4, 2017)
Investigate gizmos and gadgets of the past and create fresh new inventions using the materials we find naturally at camp. *No camp on Tuesday, July 4, 2017.
Week 5: July 10-14
A week’s worth of camp games and activities centered around your favorite game shows.
Week 6: July 17-21
Get your hands messy and dive in to a world of science. Our mini-mad scientists will have natural resources as well as a few scientific add-ons to experiment with.
Week 7: July 24-28
It’s been a hot summer and it’s time to cool off. This week we spend our time getting wet and having fun at camp; don’t forget your sunscreen!
CAMP VS. CAMP
Week 8: July 31-August 4
It’s a week worth of daily competitions as we learn refereeing and score-keeping techniques. The week ends with our annual All Camp Games as Waukesha Traditional Camp joins Double Eagle for a friendly day of competition.
Week 9: August 7-11
Camp Double Eagle welcomes all prospective Jedis to spend the week training and learning how to manage The Force. No previous galactic experience necessary.
DOUBLE EAGLE'S GOT TALENT
Week 10: August 14-18
This week of camp is the perfect time to show off your greatest talents. We will also relive some of our favorite camp experiences.
LOOKIN' BACK ON SUMMER
Week 11: August 21-25
Let’s reflect back on our favorite camp activities this summer! We will be playing our favorite games, crafts, and other activities. The week ends with an amazing all camp carnival held at the Waukesha YMCA.
