Lose It Challenge
The fall 2016 Lose It Challenge at the Mukwonago Y is 7 weeks of intense workouts that will jumpstart your fitness routine!
Our Fitness coaches will motivate you through a variety of drills and exercises that will expand your level of fitness and encourage healthy behaviors to help achieve overall wellness.
For optimal performance results, participants are expected to attend the workout each week. Pre/Post pictures will be taken, weekly weigh-ins will be recorded, and fitness testing will help monitor progress. Coaches will also have you keep a food journal. The male & female participant with the highest weight loss percentage will win a prize, and all participants will receive a t-shirt.
NEW for this challenge will be our Registered Dietician, Alison Hanson, sharing her expertise with both teams.
DATES: October 4th-November 17th
CHOOSE ONE TIME SLOT:
- Tuesdays 6:00-7:00PM with Heidi
- Thursdays 6:45-7:45 PM with Amanda
Max 12 participants per team.
FEE: $70- Y Members Only
(fee is per 7 week session/no refunds)
Team meeting will be Saturday, October 1st at 10am. All participants MUST attend. Please wear workout clothes for the picture.
