A strong body needs proper nourishment! Making healthier food choices and getting regular exercise can help you achieve a more balanced lifestyle. For week 2, add to your fitness goals and challenge yourself to fuel your body with proper hydration and nutritious foods.

AT THE Y
Keep moving 20 minutes a day, five days a week by participating in physical activities at home, online or at the Y. Then, pick three activities that will help you be nourished and write them on your tracking calendar.
