GOAL: Complete 3 activities that foster kindness and gratitude.
Helping people and expressing gratitude can increase feelings of happiness, strengthen social connections, and improve overall mental well-being. When you make positivity a priority, it redirects your thoughts and helps you appreciate the little things in life. So for this week, we challenge you to be kind to others and be kind to yourself by taking note of what you're grateful for.

AT THE Y
Use your tracking calendar to put appreciation (and physical activity) on your agenda for the week. Show your attitude of gratitude by letting your accountability buddy know how grateful you are to have their on-going support. And remember to share what you're thankful for with our Stronger Together online community on Facebook!
