Congratulations -- you made it to the final week! The Stronger Together Challenge is coming to a close, but our common goal remains: to be stronger in spirit, mind, and body.
Take a moment to celebrate everything you've accomplished over the past few weeks. Together, we've done our best to be active, nourished, connected, present, and grateful. Now is the time to make a plan and focus on how you can BE COMMITTED to your healthy habits.

Habit tracking just went social! Download the HabitShare app to share habits with friends for extra motivation and accountability.
Take control of your goals! Track calories, break down ingredients, and log activities with a MyFitnessPal account. MyFitnessPal links with over 50 apps that support your healthier lifestyle.
