Health Habits provides a supportive network to help when the going gets tough and to celebrate successes along the way. Learn how to prepare nutritious meals, move more, improve sleep quality, and reduce stress. There are no gimmicks - just the tools you need to build habits that help you to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
• 12 weeks, one session a week for 60 minutes
• Must be 18 years or older
• Provides tools, knowledge, and group support to help you develop plans that uphold your weight loss goals
Health Habits works to help adults create tiny changes to their daily behaviors and form sustainable healthy habits.
Each week, participants will meet with their group and discover a new topic relevant to overall health. Topics covered during the program include building a nutrient-dense grocery list, how to make time for movement, environmental stressors, creating the ideal sleep environment, and more!
