At the Y, we are so much more than a gym, we are a cause. And our cause is strengthening community.
We believe that what unites us is stronger than what divides us – now and always. Inspired by our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility, we are determined to help people find common ground, build bridges across social divides, and work together for the greater good.
During the month of November, the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County is focusing on gratitude with our Stronger Together Challenge, #30DaysofThanks social media campaign, and special events to bring about meaningful change not just within ourselves, but in our community, too.
In the spirit of giving, we're collecting items for local organizations for Week 5 of our Stronger Together Challenge, which focuses on being grateful and giving back.

WALL OF GRATITUDE
Stop by your local Y's Wall of Gratitude the week of November 9 to reflect on what you're thankful for! Can't join us in person? Join the discussion virtually in our Wall of Gratitude Facebook event. This is a great way to BE GRATEFUL!

This holiday season, you can make a difference by helping local families in need. Pick an ornament from your Y's Giving Tree and purchase a gift specified for that person or family. The donated items will go to families in our community.

Cleaning means caring! In order to keep our facilities clean and sanitized, we all need to do our part. While our staff continue to clean throughout the day, we'd like to remind you to disinfect and wipe down the machines BEFORE and AFTER your workout. By working together, we can help ensure the health and well-being of everyone who visits the Y. Thank you for keeping our Y safe!
STRONGER TOGETHER CHALLENGE
We're halfway through the YMCA Stronger Together Challenge, but it's not too late to join us! Next week, we'll BE GRATEFUL through various activities you can complete at home or at the Y. The challenge is FREE and open to the community, so invite your friends to join!
SMALL GROUP TRAINING SERIES
Reach goals together! Our new Small Group Training series combine the energy and inspiration of group exercise with the individualized attention of personal training. Small class size (4-8 participants) ensures that our personal trainers can provide a specialized workout to keep you on track to reach your goals.
At the Y, we have so much to be thankful for each and every day. So, during November, we are shining a light on the Y's positive impact on our community with #30DaysOfThanks. We encourage you to join us and spend time reflecting on what you are thankful for this year!
