Well-being and fitness at the Y goes beyond just working out -- we provide educational programs to promote healthy lifestyles and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual, and spiritual strength.
Need a little motivation to recharge your routine? Our Stronger Together Challenge is here to help you reconnect and find a renewed sense of well-being. The free, six-week challenge will build healthy habits as we come together to grow stronger in spirit, mind, and body.
Each week, we'll explore different themes and dimensions of wellness. Our dedicated and experienced staff will provide fitness inspiration, mental health tips, and nutrition resources that you can customize to support your personal goals. Everyone who registers will receive a weekly email of resources, as well as access to all six of our locations and YMCA360 on-demand programming.
The best part is, we're on this journey together -- whether you're new to the Y or a lifelong member. Take the challenge, have some fun, and rediscover all the ways we're stronger together!

Having an accountability buddy or partner during the challenge can provide added motivation to help you stay on track, so encourage your friends, co-workers or family members to participate with you.
We also invite you to join our online community for additional encouragement throughout the challenge. Our private Facebook group is a simple way for us to connect, find support, and learn from each other.

The challenge is self-paced, so you’re completely in charge of both your goals and how you monitor your progress from week to week. Feel free to use the tools and print-outs we provide along the way, or find your own. Whatever works for you!
