Dive into water-based group exercise classes that will boost your cardiovascular fitness and strengthen your muscles or embrace the refreshing and rejuvenating benefits of gentle swimming as your active rest.   • Ensure meal prep success and satisfy cravings by planning ahead and having healthy snacks readily available. Explore this helpful resource on how to meal prep nutritious snacks.
  • Challenge yourself to drink more water this week. Keep a water bottle with you, set reminders, and track your water progress on the Downloadable Journal!
  • Make a conscious effort to nourish your body with wholesome foods. Incorporate more fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains into your meals.
  • Try new recipes that feature ingredients from the water, such as fish and seaweed, for added nutritional benefits.
