Join us for Y Days of Giving, an annual week-long event that provides an opportunity to support the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County. The Y is one of the nation's leading nonprofits dedicated to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. At the Y, we work hard to support our communities with programs that build healthier lives and bring a sense of community through impactful social connections.

In 2022, our Annual Support Campaign awarded 2,564 individuals $330,568 towards membership fees and 770 individuals $145,593 in financial assistance towards programs, childcare, and sending kids to camp. When you give to the Annual Support Campaign, you fund life-changing programs that help thousands of children, adults, and families in our community. It is more than a fundraising vehicle - the Annual Support Campaign brings together staff at all levels, committed volunteers, Y members and participants, and generous donors to pursue a common objective.

Y Days of Giving March 6-12

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Coins are "positive" points and dollar bills are "negative" points. Here's how it works:

  • Containers for each Y department are located in the branch lobby.
  • Each coin counts as positive points for the department.
  • Each dollar bill counts as negative points for OTHER departments.
  • At the end of the day, all change/points will be tallied and updated on the department's thermometer.
  • By end of day on March 12, the department with the most points wins...and the department with the least amount of points will have a "consequence."

Start saving your change -- it can make a big difference!
