This technique clinic goes over all the basic moves in BODYCOMBAT. You will learn different stances, punches, and kicks. Each movement will be performed at a slow pace. We will help you at every step to ensure you can perform with the best technique. This is great for both new and experienced BODYCOMBAT participants.
