Do something amazing for your fitness and your community! Our monumental instructors Sheryl Leonard-Schneck, Shelly Dohlby, and Melissa Arps return for a 12-week Sunday Cycling series to raise money for our Annual Campaign. The two hour rides will build your endurance base and challenge you mentally and physically, leaving you tired but feeling accomplished. Power snacks will be provided to keep you energized. Register in advance in the Business Office or pay at the door.
Please Note: Bike reservations start one week prior. We strongly recommend you reserve your bike a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Reserved bikes that are not claimed will be released 5 minutes prior to class for walk-in participants. Walk-in spots cannot be guaranteed.

Melissa Arps holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and maintains many certifications including ACSM Exercise Physiologist, Cycling Fusion Indoor Cycling Instructor, and Heartzones®. She has been teaching indoor cycling classes and riding/racing mountain bikes for almost 20 years. She has completed, won, and placed in 24, 12, and 6 hour endurance races as well as many other races throughout Wisconsin and Michigan. Her teaching style is based on science and training principles to help all participants become better riders. You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one!
Shelly Dohlby is a competitive runner and cyclist who was the first non-professional female rider to finish the VAIL Ultra 100 Mile mountain bike race. Between 2000-06, she had multiple top 10 finishes in the Chequamegon 40 mountain bike race and in 2008, she finished in the top 16% of female finishers overall for the Louisville Ironman. Shelly is currently a certified group exercise instructor who feeds her passion for cycling as a Collectivo Mountain Bike Race team member and the Assistant Coach for the National Interscholactic Cycling Association (NICA) for the Pewaukee Mountain Bike Club.
Sheryl Leonard-Schneck is an 18 time Iron Man Finisher with two Top 10 Age Group accomplishments. Her classes will focus on aerobics base building, endurance, power, and stamina. Sheryl’s latest sporting adventure is racing fat tire bikes. Talk to Sheryl on the Sunday rides about this latest craze.
