What is sprouted grain? Angelic Bakehouse is a local bakery based in Cudahy, WI, making delicious and nutricious sprouted baked goods. Angelic Bakehouse’s brand ambassador and resident nutritionist, Abby Stein, will present the health benefits of whole sprouted grains. Gluten intolerance, diabetes, weight management, heart-healthy whole grains, and more will be discussed. Come hungry: there will be a light meal of various sprouted grains baked goods.
