BONE HEALTH: OSTEOPENIA & OSTEOPOROSIS

Dr. Janice Jurack will be speaking on the epidemic of Osteopenia and Osteoporosis, which leads to 1.5 million fractures per year. The cause of bone loss is different for everyone. Wouldn’t it be great to know what that cause is and then treat it correctly? Dr. Jurack will lead this discussion with valuable information on our bone health. Participants will leave with an action plan and have the opportunity to meet with Dr. Jurack one on one.

Suneetha Mogallapalli is a Certified Meditation teacher with The Art of Living, a non-profit humanitarian organization that makes happiness a reality for people in more than 155 countries. Experience a unique breathing technique called Sudarshan Kriya, which has been scientifically proven to relieve stress, anxiety, and depression. Practicing and experiencing benefits of these techniques for over 22 years, Suneetha will share her personal experience and give us a glimpse of what we can gain through this practice. Join us for this interactive session to see how we can start being more in control of our lives just by using our breath.
