Start strong and keep your cool! Take a fresh look at warm up and cool down strategies with Keli Roberts. Examine the essential components of three different warm ups: athletic, dynamic, and rhythmic. Review warm up elements beyond elevating core temperature and apply these principles through practical application. Finish by learning three unique cool down strategies: partner stretching, static passive, and myofacial release.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own lunch. Continuing Education Credits: 0.2 for ACE, 1.5 for AFAA.

MEET KELI ROBERTS
Keli Roberts is the recipient of the 2003 IDEA International Fitness Instructor of the Year award, 2005 for Best Female Presenter, 2008 Lifetime Achievement OBOW Award, and in 2007 Keli was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame. Additionally, in 2012, Keli was honored as Presenter of the Year as well as the 2016 Inspiration Award for Empower! Conventions. Keli is an ACSM CEP and holds certifications through, ACE as a GFI, HC, and CPT. Furthermore Keli is an SCW Faculty Member, a BOSU Elite Presenter, Schwinn Senior Master Trainer, and a Ryka and Athleta Ambassador.
