CHAIR YOGA , COFFEE & CONVERSATION
Grab a seat and work on rebuilding your strength and flexibility. We'll focus on relaxation and restoration of the body by performing poses and breathing exercises while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Bring your own coffee for a casual gathering after the workout.

Find your balance during an interactive workshop designed for anyone experiencing balance changes and challenges. You'll gain an increased understanding of balance, learn about target muscle groups, and practice exercise techniques you can use at home.
