Ever walk into a room and don’t remember why you went in there? Have you forgotten someone’s name shortly after learning it? We’ve all been there. Luckily, we can help you learn different workouts to “train your brain” and take charge of your health. Our 6-week challenge promotes memory, cognition, attention, and problem-solving. You’ll learn a variety of strategies, games, and tools that help improve brain function.
The challenge will be held live, online using Zoom, so you can participate, interact, and ask questions from the comfort of home. An invitation link and challenge content will be emailed before class. During weekly, one-hour sessions, you’ll receive different tasks and brain exercises to practice, based on the topic of the week:
