DESCRIPTION:This class is intended for the person wanting to build up endurance and technique for personal workouts or competitions such as Duathlons or Triathlons or wanting to maintain endurance during off season.  To enroll in this class\, participants must be able to swim at least 50-100 yards of two or more of the following strokes: freestyle\, backstroke and breaststroke.  Participants will be taught how to build personal workouts along with working toward personal goals such as improving endurance\, speed\, and/or techniques.  Ages 16 and older.
