This class is high-output and high-impact with dozens of drills provided to emphasize the athletic qualities listed above. Youth Athletic Performance will be basic enough for any youth member that falls in the 8-12 age range to participate in but will still have advanced movements to ensure they are challenging themselves and improving their athletic capabilities. Whether they?re looking to get ready for their upcoming sport season or looking for a fun evening activity to participate in\, Youth Athletic Performance will be a great option. Fun games and competitions should be incorporated to keep kids engaged and looking forward to coming to class.
