Needs approval from gymnastics director to register. This class is to develop muscle memory, conditioning, repitition, and strength needed to develop higher level gymnastics skills.
No previous gymnastics experience required. Introduction to basic gymnastics skills. May have to repeat at this level more than once before moving to Gymnastics 2-3.
Skill requirements: backward roll, handstand, cartwheel, front support, casting.
