SUMMARY:Moving for Better Balance
DESCRIPTION:Moving For Better Balance is a 12-week program that works to improve balance\, muscle strength\, flexibility\, and mobility to enhance overall physical health\, which leads to better functioning in daily activities. The program’s safe and supportive group setting allows participants to enjoy learning with like-minded adults and find relief from the isolation that can sometimes come from living with limited mobility.

SUMMARY:Day Camp Swim Lessons (Ages 4-6) - Week 4
DESCRIPTION:Our convenient\, 30-minute Summer Day Camp swim lessons are a great way to boost your child’s confidence in the water. Lessons will take place before or after camp (during drop off or pick up times) or in the afternoon during camp open swim. Age groups and times vary by location.  \nYou can purchase a week of swim lessons just like you would purchase a week of camp. Each week of swim lessons will have four\, 30-minute swim lessons (one lesson each day\, Monday-Thursday). Swimmers will be assessed at the start of each week and placed in a group appropriate for their age and skill level.
