    Have fun with this gym-time classic. We use sting-proof dodgeballs. The session will include creating goals and working in teams, which leads into various styles of the game.

  • YMCA NFL Flag Football League (3rd/4th)

    Our 3rd/4th grade Youth Flag Football League meets once per week for 45-minute practices and 45-minute games. Practices include sport-specific drills to help children develop motor skills and improve coordination.   • Gymnastics 2 (7-14)

    Skill requirements: leap, back walkover, handstand forward roll, round off, pull-over, back hip circle, tuck jump, beam forward roll. May have to repeat at this level more than once before moving to Gymnastics 3.
