To enroll in the league\, participants must have completed Stage 4 or have the equivalent swim skills. Participants must be able to swim 25 yards of front crawl with rotary breathing\, 25 yards back crawl\, 15 yards of breaststroke kick\, and 15 yards of butterfly kick.
