DESCRIPTION:Our K4/K5 Jr. NBA Youth Basketball League meets once per week for 30-minute practices and 30-minute games. Practices include sport-specific drills to help children develop motor skills and improve coordination. Most importantly\, all of our YMCA leagues emphasize teamwork\, fair play\, self-confidence\, and fun. At the Y\, everyone plays!
