DESCRIPTION:Practice together as a team throughout the season and compete against teams from surrounding YMCAs at our Regional Track Meet.  At the Regional and Final Track Meets\, girls and boys divisions will be based on age.  Each participant can sign up for 3 total events at the meet. Running events include: 50M dash\, 100M dash\, 200M dash\, and 400M dash. Field events include: 50M hurdles\, long jump\, and softball throw.  Meets dates TBA.  YMCA staff and volunteers coach our teams in skill improvement\, while leading them in character development using the YMCA?s core values.  All athletes receive a team jersey.

SUMMARY:Track & Field (Grades 1 & Up)
DESCRIPTION:Practice together as a team throughout the season and compete against teams from surrounding YMCAs at our Regional Track Meet.  At the Regional and Final Track Meets\, girls and boys divisions will be based on age.  Each participant can sign up for 3 total events at the meet. Running events include: 50M dash\, 100M dash\, 200M dash\, and 400M dash. Field events include: 50M hurdles\, long jump\, and softball throw.  Meets dates TBA.  YMCA staff and volunteers coach our teams in skill improvement\, while leading them in character development using the YMCA?s core values.  All athletes receive a team jersey.
