Les Mills BODYCOMBAT & BODYCOMBAT EXPRESS

Release stress and feel like a champ during a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Develop coordination, speed, and agility, tone your body, and burn calories as you punch and kick your way to superior cardio fitness and strength.


CARDIO MIX

Get your heart rate up during a fun conditioning class that includes cardio, balance, flexibility, core work, and relaxation. Instructors mix and match moderate-level elements of Step, cardio barre, kickboxing, sports drills, cardio dance, and hi/lo to create a customized workout.


CYCLING

Take an inspirational ride on a power-featured bike and view your personal cycling data in real time with integrated Performance IQ (PIQ) technology. Instructors use music and cues to mirror a road experience and give you great cardio training.


LINE DANCING

Keep moving and make friends while you learn fun dance steps performed to a variety of music. The beginner to intermediate level choreography will enhance your balance and coordination.


ZUMBA®

Feel the music move you as the calories melt away! A fusion of Latin rhythms and dance creates a dynamic and effective aerobic workout.  Sweat, smile, and shimmy through easy-to-follow routines inspired by Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, and so many more.

  Combo

ADVANCED CIRCUIT

Reach a new level of fitness with ambitious strength movements using heavily weighted bars and dumbbells. Intervals may be interspersed with bodyweight challenges, cardio, Plyometrics, and functional movements.


BARRE

Combine functional strength, ballet-inspired exercises, Pilates, and yoga into one energizing class. You’ll focus on optimal posture while enhancing body awareness, coordination, balance, and toning. Bands, balls, and light hand weights may be used for additional resistance.


BOOT CAMP

Challenge yourself by mixing functional training and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Military-style exercises like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups provide options for all levels.


TRIPLE THREAT

Improve your strength and stamina with 20 minutes of interval cardio work, 20 minutes of strength work for all major muscle groups, and 20 minutes of core work, including Pilates and yoga-like cool down.

  Core & Floor

Les Mills BODYBALANCE & BODYBALANCE EXPRESS

Focus your mind and create a sense of wellbeing and calm by using a range of movements set to music. BODYBALANCE blends elements of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility and increase core strength.


CORE-X

Walk taller, feel stronger as you engage the muscles of your core using your own body weight, resistance bands, and weighted plates. You’ll focus on improving functional strength and creating better mobility.


GENTLE YOGA

Breathe, stretch, and pose to increase your sense of well-being. Suitable for beginners or anyone looking for a less strenuous form of yoga.


ON THE BALL

Work those muscles! Concentrate on toning, core, and flexibility for your entire body using stability balls, medicine balls, posu balls, and BOSUs.


PILATES

Move with grace as you build core strength, flexibility, and agility through a series of lying and standing positions. Improve your alignment and learn proper breathing techniques while toning your upper and lower body. Rings, balls, gliders, and bands may be used.


TAI CHI

Develop a sense of harmony with slow Basic Yang Style short form moves. Whether you’re standing, using chair support or seated, each motion increases body awareness while improving balance and posture.


YOGA

Restore your spirit, mind, and body. Combine flexibility and strength through moving and still poses while you focus on relaxation techniques.

  Strength

Les Mills BODYPUMP & BODYPUMP Express 

Shape and tone your body with a barbell workout that exhausts muscles using weighted plates and repetitions to develop lean muscle. Instructors coach you through proven moves to improve core strength and bone health, while pumping out motivation and great music.

  TRX®

TRX® SUSPENSION TRAINING

Leverage your own bodyweight by using a TRX® suspension strap system to build power, strength, flexibility, and mobility simultaneously. By adjusting your body position, you can perform upper/lower body and core exercises at varied intensities.


TRX® POWER CIRCUITS

Stations of TRX® Suspension Trainers, battle ropes, kettlebells, TRX® RIP Trainers, steps, BOSU, and barbells are packed into an intense circuit of power drills, strength, HIIT style cardio, and functional training. Push past your plateau to the next level of power and endurance!

  Water Exercise

AQUA FIT

Improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and endurance by using a variety of hydro equipment. Low and high impact options are available to help you tailor the workout to your fitness level.


AQUA HIIT

Work hard, rest hard with explosive, high interval training, aqua style! Movements are tailored for speed, power, agility, and strength using scientifically based HIIT principles, such tabata intervals, on the minute, longer based intervals, and work until fatigue.


AQUA WALKING

March and walk through the water to create resistance and improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility. The current in the Adventure Pool amplifies the intensity of your movements, while also having less impact on your joints.


AQUA YOGA 

Combine the relaxation of yoga with the energy of the pool! The buoyancy of the water allows your muscles to relax and stretch with reduced incidence of injury. Fluid movements connect your mind and body to increase strength, flexibility, and range of motion. 


AQUA ZUMBA®

Blend the ZUMBA® philosophy with water resistance for a pool party you shouldn’t miss! Dance, splash, twist, and shout to Latin-style music in a shallow-water environment. The low-impact, high-energy workout incorporates cardio conditioning and body toning.


DEEP WATER EXERCISE

Put on a flotation belt and head to the deep end for a powerful, non-impact workout that will improve your posture, strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Perfect for individuals with knee or back problems or if you’re looking for a break from high impact activities.


JOINT EFFORTS

If you have arthritis, MS, fibromyalgia or a related condition, water provides stability, encourages free movement, and provides gentle resistance to help you build strength. No swimming skills needed; please check with your physician before beginning.


WATER TAI CHI

Experience a sense of balance through the slow, powerful exercises of tai chi in the water. Decrease toxins, blood pressure, and stress while increasing positive energy throughout your body.
