Triathlon Swim (16+)

This class is designed for teens and adults looking to improve swimming endurance, stroke technique, and overall performance for fitness swimming, long-distance training, and events such as triathlons or duathlons. Participants should be able to swim at least 50?100 yards of two or more of the following strokes: freestyle, backstroke, or breaststroke. Swimmers will work on building endurance, refining stroke mechanics, increasing speed, and developing personalized workouts to help achieve individual fitness and competition goals.
Ages 16 and older.”
