Aquatic Exercise Programs
Water exercise, or aquatic exercise, is a low-impact form of exercise that reduces joint stress and minimizes injury risk. The natural resistance of water strengthens muscles and allows for customizable workout intensity, enhancing cardiovascular health, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Additionally, water exercise offers a cooling effect that regulates body temperature during workouts, providing a comfortable and enjoyable exercise experience.
