Healthy Habits

Designed to provide education, resources, and support for lifelong healthy habits, this 6-week program promotes overall well-being.


Cancer is life-altering and takes an immense toll of those affected. Thanks to generous donations to our Annual Support Campaign, YGWC is able to offer this 12-week small group program for FREE to adult cancer survivors.

Moving For Better Balance

Enhance your stability and prevent falls with this specialize program that combines movements from Tai Chi and other disciplines to improve balance, strength, and coordination.
