Meet Our Food & Nutrition Experts

“With dual degrees in Nutrition, Health and Dietetics, I bring a well-rounded perspective to overall health and wellness. I believe that creating a healthy lifestyle involves more than just focusing on diet—it’s about integrating physical activity, stress management, quality sleep, and strong social support. Small, sustainable changes can lead to powerful, lasting results. I’m excited to be part of the Healthy Living team and look forward to helping clients achieve their nutrition and wellness goals.”

“I have an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. In the past, I was overweight and diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I knew that I had to change my poor eating habits to regain a healthier lifestyle. I decided to go to school for nutrition because I wanted to learn how food affects the body. I aim to encourage, motivate, and teach individuals about making healthier food choices and inspiring a healthier lifestyle. I enjoy cooking and talking about the nutritional content of food. I want people to know that they can consume nutritious foods to help prevent chronic diseases and obesity.”

“I have had a lifelong passion for nutrition and all things food, which led me to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a focus on Sports Nutrition. Currently, I work in the food manufacturing industry, where I develop new recipes and create nutrition labels—giving me a behind-the-scenes perspective on how our commercial food is made. This insider knowledge allows me to guide my coaching clients in making informed, healthier choices and navigating the often-confusing options on grocery store shelves. I understand how overwhelming it can be to commit to a healthy lifestyle, especially in a marketplace saturated with marketing claims and conflicting advice. My goal is to help you cut through the noise and take manageable, empowering steps toward better health.”

“With an Associate Degree in Nursing and certifications as a Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, and Group Exercise Instructor, I bring over 13 years of hands-on fitness experience at the YMCA to my coaching practice. I specialize in helping individuals feel better in their bodies by supporting them through life’s many stages and transitions. My approach focuses on building consistent, sustainable habits and creating personalized strategies to achieve health and wellness. My goal is to empower you with practical tools, compassionate support, and a focus on learning from mistakes to do better moving forward. “

“Hi! I’m Sydney. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Fitness Instructor, I am all about delicious foods to help fuel your body. Food and exercise go hand in hand, working together to keep our bodies strong and energized. I love the outdoors, all things exercise, and enjoying nutritious foods with friends and family. I can’t wait to share my passion for a balanced and mindful approach to nutrition with you!”

“I have struggled with my weight my entire life, even as a college athlete. When I realized the powerful impact nutrition has on overall mental and physical health, I knew it was a career for me. As a Registered Dietitian who loves running, triathlons, weight lifting, and social gatherings, it’s so important to find that balance in health. My goal is to help anyone I can find the healthiest version of themselves through progress, not perfection.”
