Shotokan Karate Family Class (6-99)

Mukwonago YMCA Shotokan Karate is a new Sport Program dedicated
to practicing Shotokan Karate-do. Members will learn a traditional Japanese martial art in a safe and open learning environment. Students will train in the fundamentals of stance, striking, kicking, blocking, kata and self-defense. Sessions will be conducted in the traditional Japanese manner stressing principles of character, sincerity, effort, etiquette and self-control. Students will have opportunities to test for and acquire rank from the Hu Shin Kai Karate Association. Additional testing fees may apply.
