Have fun introducing your child to a variety of sports including t-ball, soccer, and basketball.
This is a parent and child class intended for one child and one parent or guardian. Have fun and practice foot-eye coordination. Individual and team skills will help your child learn how to run, jump, balance and kick in a soccer setting.

: Learn the rules and basics of pickleball including serving, and volleying. Participants can expect to participate in drills and play against their peers. We recommend wearing basketball shoes, or athletic tennis shoes. Pickleball equipment will be provided by the YMCA, but participants may bring their own paddle. This course will take place indoors.
This program focuses on the athlete?s speed and agility and will incorporate the essentials of speed training. The program is geared toward athletes who want to improve their sports performance with drills that will help with speed and agility while helping increase stamina and endurance.
