Youth Athletic Performance Class
This class is designed for our youth members, aged 8-12 years old, to help increase the major components of athletic performance. Areas of focus will include speed, agility, power, explosiveness, and cardiovascular conditioning. Tennis Skills (4-6)
In partnership with United States Tennis Association, this program is designed for kids to learn, rally and play quickly. This program will use smaller courts, slower bouncing balls, and rackets that are sized for a child. Equipment will be provided.
Track Skills (6-12)
This program focuses on building strength, speed, coordination, and proper technique in running, jumping, and throwing events. Perfect for young athletes looking to improve their fundamentals and gain confidence before the season starts.
Speed & Agility (12-18)
This program focuses on the athlete?s speed and agility and will incorporate the essentials of speed training. The program is geared toward athletes who want to improve their sports performance with drills that will help with speed and agility while helping increase stamina and endurance.
Sports Sampler (4-6)
Introduction to a variety of sports including t-ball, soccer, and flag football. Individual and team skills will be worked on throughout the class.
Basketball Skills (4-6)
Introduction to the game of basketball using age appropriate skills and drills. Individual and team skills will be worked on throughout the class.
Tae Kwon Do Beginner (6+)
Through Tae Kwon Do, participants will grow and improve in self-confidence and discipline. Our progressive programs teach proper techniques, self-defense awareness, and practical application.
Tennis Skills (7-10)
In partnership with United States Tennis Association, this program is designed for kids to learn, rally and play quickly. This program will use smaller courts, slower bouncing balls, and rackets that are sized for a child. Equipment will be provided.
Dodgeball Skills (6-13)
Have fun with this gym-time classic. We use sting-proof dodgeballs. The session will include creating goals and working in teams, which leads into various styles of the game.
Tennis Skills (5-8)
In partnership with United States Tennis Association, this program is designed for kids to learn, rally and play quickly. This program will use smaller courts slower bouncing balls and racquets that are sized for a child. Equipment will be provided.
Tae Kwon Do Green Belt+ (6+)

Build confidence and self-esteem all while learning this ancient art form. Learn concentration, bully prevention, and self-defense in this traditional program.
