Through Tae Kwon Do, participants will grow and improve in self-confidence and discipline. Our progressive programs teach proper techniques, self-defense awareness, and practical application.
Kids can explore the main gym, practice skills, and enjoy free play in a fun, supervised environment. Participants ages 6-7 must have an adult (16+) actively supervising in the gymnastics area. Children ages 8 and up may participate independently.
"Stroke Mechanics: Children entering this level should be able to swim 25 yards of front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Students refine stroke technique on all major competitive strokes, learn about competitive swimming, and discover how to incorporate swimming into a healthy lifestyle. Ages 6-12 years."

Bring a pillow, blanket, and wear your pajamas to cozy up and watch a movie with the family. The Y will provide popcorn.
