Families and their campers will have an opportunity to learn about what to expect at camp, meet the counselors and see camp spaces (weather permitting).
Learn how to interview for a babysitting job, practice leadership & communication skills, learn developmental stages of a child & gain safety tips & basic first aid knowledge.
Skill requirements: run, jump off springboard to mat stack, stick (vault), forward roll dismount (bars); lunge, lever, needle (beam); lunge, lever, teeter-totter and forward roll (floor).
Gymnastics class ideal for beginners.
This beginning class teaches basic arm movements, jumps, and tumbling.
