Mini Stars (4-5) Director Approval Needed
Formly Hot Shots. Director approval required. For students ages 4 & 5 years old focuses on building basic gymnastics skills along with overall balance, coordination, and body awareness in a faster pace environment. Children will explore school-aged equipment in a structured, challenging environment to prepare students for school-aged classes.

Shining Stars (6-18) Director Approval Needed
Director approval REQUIRED. For students ages 6-18 approved to enroll from our Girls Level 2-3 classes. This class is a faster paced environment, with attention to technique and details. Students will build on fundamental skills previously learned, and put skills together to demonstrate routines on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Speed & Agility (12-18)
This program focuses on the athlete's speed and agility and will incorporate the essentials of speed training. The program is geared toward athletes who want to improve their sports performance with drills that will help with speed and agility while helping increase stamina and endurance.
T-Ball Skills (4-6)
Introduction to the game of baseball using age appropriate skills and drills. Individual and team skills will be worked on throughout the class.
Parent ‘N’ Tot 1 Gymnastics (Walking-3)
Discover gymnastics with your child. Parent guided, teacher structured.
Intermediate Ballet (7-12)
Must have completed at least one year of Beginning Ballet or prior teacher authorization. This class develops further ballet skills, while learning more advanced ballet steps and combinations.
School Age Swim Stage 4 (6-12)
"Stroke Introduction: Children entering this level should be able to swim 15 yards on their front and back independently. Students develop stroke technique in front and back crawl and learn the breaststroke kick and butterfly kick. Treading is also introduced. Ages 6-12 years. "
