Beginning Ballet (6-10)
This class will focus on basic ballet concepts, vocabulary, and etiquette, while also encouraging creativity, musicality, and coordination for school-age children. Students will work on introductory steps, body alignment, etiquette and basic ballet vocabulary. A significant portion of the class is spent at the barre, focusing on exercises that build strength, flexibility, and proper alignment.Â
Speed & Agility (12-18)
This program focuses on the athlete’s speed and agility and will incorporate the essentials of speed training. The program is geared toward athletes who want to improve their sports performance with drills that will help with speed and agility while helping increase stamina and endurance.

"Water Acclimation: For the child not quite ready to swim without the parent. Transition between parent and instructor throughout first half of session. Focus is on learning to listen to an instructor, becoming comfortable in the water, and safely exploring movement in the water. Ages 2.5-4 years."
School Age Swim Stage 4 (6-12)
"Stroke Introduction: Children entering this level should be able to swim 15 yards on their front and back independently. Students develop stroke technique in front and back crawl and learn the breaststroke kick and butterfly kick. Treading is also introduced. Ages 6-12 years. "

Gymnastics 1 (7-14)
No previous gymnastics experience required. Introduction to basic gymnastics skills. May have to repeat at this level more than once before moving to Gymnastics 2-3.
Flip ‘N’ Fun (3-6)
A combination of gymnastics and fitness, including aerobic games, active play, and light gymnastics-focused conditioning.
School Age Swim Stage 6 (6-12)
"Stroke Mechanics: Children entering this level should be able to swim 25 yards of front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Students refine stroke technique on all major competitive strokes, learn about competitive swimming, and discover how to incorporate swimming into a healthy lifestyle. Ages 6-12 years."
