Gymnastics 1 (6-12)
Co-ed. Little or no gymnastics experience is required. Student learn foundational gymnastics shapes and skills.
Preschool Swim Stage 1 (3-5)
"Water Acclimation: Children entering this level should be comfortable working with an instructor without a parent in the water. Students develop comfort with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water. Ages 3-5 years."
Mini Sparklers Cheerleading (3-6)
This beginning class teaches basic arm movements, jumps, and tumbling.
Girls 2 Gymnastics (6-12)
Skill requirements: run, jump off springboard to mat stack, stick (vault), forward roll dismount (bars); lunge, lever, needle (beam); lunge, lever, teeter-totter and forward roll (floor).
Silver Cheer (6-12)
Participants learn beginning cheerleading, beginning back handsprings, and stunting.
Girls 3 Gymnastics (6-18)
Skill requirements: run, jump up to vault table, handstand fall flat on mat stack (vault); kickover (bars), low beam teeter-totter (beam); vertical handstand and cartwheel (floor).
School Age Swim Stage 3 (6-12)
"Water Stamina: Children entering this level should be able to front and back float independently. Students learn to swim to safety from a longer distance. They are introduced to rhythmic breathing and integrated arm and leg action. Ages 6-12 years."
Mini Stars (4-5) Director Approval Needed
Formly Hot Shots. Director approval required. For students ages 4 & 5 years old focuses on building basic gymnastics skills along with overall balance, coordination, and body awareness in a faster pace environment. Children will explore school-aged equipment in a structured, challenging environment to prepare students for school-aged classes.
Mini Tumblers (4-5)
Continued instruction in gymnastics from Little Leapers. Children ages 4 & 5 years old build on foundational skills of balance, coordination, and body awareness while learning more advanced gymnastics movements and exploring school-aged equipment in a structured, teacher-led class.
Girls 2 Gymnastics (6-12)

Preschool Swim Stage 2 (3-5)

Preschool Stage 1 W/ Parent (2-4)
Water Acclimation: For the child not quite ready to swim without the parent. Transition between parent and instructor throughout first half of session. Focus is on learning to listen to an instructor, becoming comfortable in the water, and safely exploring movement in the water. Ages 2.5-4 years.
School Age Swim Stage 1 (6-12)
"Water Acclimation: Children entering this level should be comfortable working with an instructor without a parent in the water. Students develop comfort with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water. Ages 6-12 years."

This class is designed for children with special needs. Develop individual coordination, physical fitness, basic swimming skills, and safety. Must be able to function in a small group setting. Staff to child ratio 1:3.

Shining Stars (6-18) Director Approval Needed
Director approval REQUIRED. For students ages 6-18 approved to enroll from our Girls Level 2-3 classes. This class is a faster paced environment, with attention to technique and details. Students will build on fundamental skills previously learned, and put skills together to demonstrate routines on vault, bars, beam, and floor.

Little Leapers (3-4)

This class is designed for children with special needs. Develop individual coordination, physical fitness, basic swimming skills, and safety. Must be able to function in a small group setting. Staff to child ratio 1:2. Ages vary by specific branch and offering.
Adaptive w/Parent Swim Lessons (4-21)
This class is designed for individuals with special needs. This class focuses on overall water safety and individual coordination, physical fitness, and basic swimming skills that fosters growth and increases confidence in the water. Parent is required in the water. Ages 4-21 years. Staff to child ratio 1:6.
Preschool Swim Stage 4 (3-5)
"Stroke Introduction: Children entering this level should be able to swim 10-15 yards on their front and back independently. Students develop stroke technique in front and back crawl and learn the breaststroke kick and butterfly kick. Treading is also introduced. Ages 3-5 years. "
Parent & Child Swim Stage A (0-3)
Water Discovery: introduces infants and toddlers to the aquatic environment through exploration and encourages them to enjoy themselves while learning about the water. Ages 6 months to 3 years.

"Water Acclimation: Children entering this level should be comfortable working with an instructor without a parent in the water. Students develop comfort with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water. Ages 6-12 years."

Shining Stars (6-18) Director Approval Needed
Director approval REQUIRED. For students ages 6-18 approved to enroll from our Girls Level 2-3 classes. This class is a faster paced environment, with attention to technique and details. Students will build on fundamental skills previously learned, and put skills together to demonstrate routines on vault, bars, beam, and floor.

Little Leapers (3-4)
Continued instruction in gymnastics from Parent N Tot. Preschoolers between 3-4 years old work independently from parents to build balance, coordination, and body awareness while learning foundational gymnastics skills in a structured, teacher-led class.
