This beginning class teaches basic arm movements, jumps, and tumbling.
Introduction to gymnastics and movement.
Explore the techniques and fundamental styles of jazz. Build confidence as you engage in movement and expression with steps and combinations focusing on rhythm and footwork.
Participants learn beginning cheerleading, beginning back handsprings, and stunting.
A combination of beginning ballet and gymnastics.
Introductory level ballet class which includes warm up exercises, ballet barre work and learning ballet skills and steps. Learn to combine ballet steps set to music!
