With longer practices these girls will start to progress skills quicker and with more details. Must be moved up to this level by Gymnastics Director.
These girls are continuing to develop their muscle memory and start to learn more difficult skills which pushes their mind to new levels and challenges their resilience. Must be moved up to t his level by Gymnastics director.
Skill requirements: backward roll, handstand, cartwheel, front support, casting.
Skill requirements: leap, handstand forward roll, round off, pull-over, back hip circle, tuck jump, beam forward roll.

Advanced skills for preschool gymnasts ages 4-5 years or Little Leapers (Intermediate) graduate.
Continued instruction in gymnastics and movement or Tiny Rollers (Beginner) graduate.

This is a progressive preschool gymnastics class to learn developmental gymnastics skills, body awareness, discipline, and positive self-confidence. We will also be working on strength and flexibility to prepare them for higher level gymnastics skills.

We are offering an extra practice day for our high level group of gymnasts for them to gain more strength, more endurance, and confidence to help them advance in their skills.
