Build confidence and self-esteem all while learning this ancient art form. Learn concentration, bully prevention, and self-defense in this traditional program.
"Participants must be able to swim on front and back at least one full length of the pool without hesitation or fear. This class provides a comfortable environment for adults to improve their swimming skills. Participants work on individual goals at their own pace with an instructor. Ages 16 and older."
