  • Parent & Child Swim Stage B (1-3)

    Water Exploration: Children entering this level should be comfortable in the water, able to respond to verbal cues and jump on land. Parents work with their children to explore body positions, floating, blowing bubbles, and fundamental safety and aquatic skills. Ages 1 to 3 years.

  • Self Defense

    West Suburban YMCA

    Empower yourself with 6 weeks of expert training from a seasoned instructor with over 20 years experience in martial arts and self-defense. Gun point defense, knifepoint defense, striking, choke defense and ground defense will all be topics covered in these classes.

  • Little Leapers (3-4)
