Moving For Better Balance is a 12-week program that works to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and mobility to enhance overall physical health, which leads to better functioning in daily activities. "Water Stamina: Children entering this level should be able to front and back float independently. Students learn to swim to safety from a longer distance. They are introduced to rhythmic breathing and integrated arm and leg action. Ages 3-5 years."
Prior teacher authorization. Fast paced, high intensity class with complex curriculum exploring tap technique, rhythm and combinations. (Additional class is offered on Tuesday. Registration for both classes is encouraged but not required.)
Through Tae Kwon Do, participants will grow and improve in self-confidence and discipline. Our progressive programs teach proper techniques, self-defense awareness, and practical application.
Kids can explore the main gym, practice skills, and enjoy free play in a fun, supervised environment. Participants ages 6-7 must have an adult (16+) actively supervising in the gymnastics area. Children ages 8 and up may participate independently.
