    Continued instruction in gymnastics from Little Leapers. Children ages 4 & 5 years old build on foundational skills of balance, coordination, and body awareness while learning more advanced gymnastics movements and exploring school-aged equipment in a structured, teacher-led class.

    Practices will focus on further developing the foundational flag football skills learned in toddler and preschool classes. Individual and team skills will be worked on throughout the class.

    We're rallying for all volleyball players looking to improve their skills. Players will learn the fundamentals of the game (passing, setting, serving), while enjoying the game.

    "Participants must be able to swim on front and back at least one full length of the pool without hesitation or fear. This class provides a comfortable environment for adults to improve their swimming skills. Participants work on individual goals at their own pace with an instructor. Ages 16 and older."

    This class is designed for individuals with special needs. This class focuses on overall water safety and individual coordination, physical fitness, and basic swimming skills that fosters growth and increases confidence in the water. Parent is required in the water. Ages 4-21 years. Staff to child ratio 1:6.

    "Water Stamina: Children entering this level should be able to front and back float independently. Students learn to swim to safety from a longer distance. They are introduced to rhythmic breathing and integrated arm and leg action. Ages 6-12 years."
