"Water Movement: Children entering this level should be able to go underwater voluntarily. Students focus on body position and control, directional change, and forward movement in the water while continuing to practice how to safely exit if they would fall into a body of water. Ages 3-5 years."
"Water Acclimation: Children entering this level should be comfortable working with an instructor without a parent in the water. Students develop comfort with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water. Ages 3-5 years."
The Tiny Tot class is designed for preschool aged children, focused on teaching how to interact in a group experience through life skills training.
Continued instruction in gymnastics from Little Leapers. Children ages 4 & 5 years old build on foundational skills of balance, coordination, and body awareness while learning more advanced gymnastics movements and exploring school-aged equipment in a structured, teacher-led class.
Director approval REQUIRED. For students ages 6-18 approved to enroll from our Girls Level 4-5 classes or Shining Stars group. This class is a faster paced environment, with attention to technique and details. A combination of gymnastics and fitness, including aerobic games, active play, and light gymnastics-focused conditioning.
