Students will build on fundamental skills previously learned, and put skills together to demonstrate routines on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
This program focuses on the athlete's speed and agility and will incorporate the essentials of speed training. The program is geared toward athletes who want to improve their sports performance with drills that will help with speed and agility while helping increase stamina and endurance.
