This class is designed ffor individuals with special needs. This class focuses on overall water safety and individual coordination, physical fitness, and basic swimming skills that fosters growth and increases confidence in the water. Parent is required in the water. Ages 4-21 years. Staff to child ratio 1:6.
"Individuals choosing this level may have a fear of the water, have very little to no swimming skills, and are ready to take the first step toward learning to swim. This program focuses on the athlete?s speed and agility and will incorporate the essentials of speed training. The program is geared toward athletes who want to improve their sports performance with drills that will help with speed and agility while helping increase stamina and endurance.
