Southwest YMCASummer Learning Adventures (3-5)
Southwest YMCASummer Learning Adventures is a preschool and kindergarten readiness program designed for eager little ones to experience school in a condensed format. Each session incorporates themes and age-appropriate activities, promoting academic and social development, skill mastery, friendship building, and fun. Days feature themed activities, stories, crafts, and free play. All participants must be potty-trained.
School Age Swim Stage 2 (6-12)
Southwest YMCA"Water Movement: Children entering this level should be able to go underwater voluntarily. Students focus on body position and control, directional change, and forward movement in the water while continuing to practice how to safely exit if they would fall into a body of water. Ages 6-12 years."
Soccer Skills (4-6)
Southwest YMCAHave fun and practice foot-eye coordination. Individual and team skills will help your child learn how to run, jump, balance, and kick in a soccer setting.
School Age Swim Stage 3 (6-12)
Southwest YMCA"Water Stamina: Children entering this level should be able to front and back float independently. Students learn to swim to safety from a longer distance. They are introduced to rhythmic breathing and integrated arm and leg action. Ages 6-12 years."
