What is HIIT Training?
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, a workout designed to achieve maximum results in minimal time. This workout is typically total body and can last anywhere from 10-50 minutes. This should be done no more than 4 times a week due to the nature and intensity of the workout. HIIT can be done with body weight, weights, or a mixture of both.
